Module 1

The Foundation of Awareness

______________________________

A focused starting point for recognising emotional and communication fatigue before it turns into overwhelm.

If you live with hearing loss and identify as an introvert, everyday interactions can take more out of you than others realise.

Conversations require constant effort. Noise drains you faster than you expect.

You often recover quietly, long after everyone else has moved on.

Over time, this can lead to emotional fatigue, self-judgment, and the habit of pushing through when what you really need is space.

What This Course Offers

Empowered & Heard doesn’t ask you to cope harder or change who you are.

Instead, it offers:

  • greater awareness of what drains you practical ways to step back before overwhelm
  • tools for recovery and emotional regulation
  • permission to honour your limits without guilt

The focus is not on performance. It’s on sustainability.
